"I have been searching for a job for months now and I can't find what I want."

Most jobs aren't advertised in newspapers or online. Together we will identify what job it is you want, the most desirable places for you to work and target those employers so that they want you.

"My boss doesn't like me. I will never get anywhere in this company."

Unfortunately, sometimes this is true. Together, we will work to determine if the relationship with your boss can be improved so that you can continue to work at your present job and get to where you want to be. If that is not a possibility, we will work together to find a better place of employment; one where your boss appreciates you, your talents and contributions and helps you achieve your goals.

"I'm going to have the same problems at my next job."

Often, when we are in an unpleasant situation, things may seem hopeless. Together, you and I will work to identify any potential issues that may arise with coworkers and supervisors and devise a plan to deal with these issues. Many times the relationships can be improved. If not, I will work with you to discover new ways to help deal with these issues so that they become a thing of the past.
